The Democrats in Congress recently passed healthcare legislation which is unconstitutional. The Constitution does not give the right to government to force any citizen to buy health insurance. It especially does not give government the right to force legitimate companies out of business, bankrupt the economy, give free services to illegal aliens, force you to pay for abortions or hire 16,000 IRS agents to enforce an unconstitutional bill.
We must force the Judiciary to ACT and to stop this madness.
To date, NO criminal action has been brought against Obama and this corrupt Congress for passing this unconstitutional healthcare act. It is TIME to change that.

It is time to take these criminals to court. Civil trials and cutting deals is not what we are after. We are talking about CRIMINAL PROSECUTION: jail time, fines, restitution to the people. This is not a joke. American Grand Jury is not some right-wing extremist group. We are Constitutionalists. We can read the Constitution and we understand it. The supporting of unconstitutional legislation by Congress members which directly affects the freedom, rights and welfare of our citizens is criminal in nature. Here is a prime example of trading votes for bribes. Democrat Bart Stupak’s district was awarded $726,409 in grants by the Obama Administration just two days before a vote on Obama and Pelosi’s government takeover of healthcare.
